What were the dreams you had in your younger years? Traveling the world? Inventing the answer to a worldwide problem? Simply being happy and comfortable with who you are and your life? Dreams don't have to be huge to matter, do they?
Then life happened and little by little those dreams dissolved, evolved, morphed into somebody else's dream?
Then life happened, and little by little those dreams dissolved, evolved, morphed into somebody else's dream?
Life can quickly become something we are surviving and our aspirations can turn to should, gotta haves, realizing someone else's sense of purpose.
I understand the feeling all too well. For a long time, I found myself in a job that brought me awards and financial rewards, but it didn't align with my true dreams. My heart wasn't in it anymore.
Then life did a back flip, and I was tossed into a different life. It woke me to the fact that I really wasn't being who I wanted to be.
So I started to change. It took a long time, and I still have whispered in my head about how things could be "better" in a traditional sense, but I'm happy, my work is fulfilling and joyous, and at last, I feel I am pretty much, most of the time, living my dream.
For many of us life ran its own course for a while. Job demands, family, friends, where we live and who we feel we should be. And then one day, I think it was close to 50 for me, we realized we wanted more. We have ALWAYS wanted more, but we dropped into a place where we didn't really remember what that was. It's just a state of dissatisfaction.
We try other ways to reach it, we grasp at a thread of what it might be.
We think if we just dream hard enough it will come to us by magic. And it doesn't.
We self-sabotage ourselves until we lose a sense of ourselves and are willing to accept less than.
Let me tell you this; You are not broken. You don't need to be fixed.
I know how frustrating it is to feel stuck and afraid. It can feel like no matter how much you want something, it just doesn't come together. It's disheartening and defeating.
Here's what I've learned through years of coaching: it's not about working harder, wishing harder, or hoping something magical will happen. It's about understanding yourself—the dreams you hold, the habits that shape you, and the beliefs that guide your actions.
I've managed to manifest a lot of amazing stuff in my life (nope no Cobra Mustang yet, but I did drive one once!). I am loved and cared for, supported in my chosen field, and have time to just BE. I realize now how valuable and cherished the moments are when I am fully invested in being happy and fulfilling my own personal potential.
With the help of proven techniques, you can manifest your truest desires through a simple process that helps you understand what your dreams mean to you and how to take steps to make them a reality.
This four-week interactive workshop is designed to provide you with a fresh perspective on manifesting your vision, offering you the tools and guidance you need to change your life.
It's 4 weeks long because this stuff takes time to think and consider. Give yourself this time, just for you.
Each week, I'll share some insights I've learned; we'll create a circle of support for each other and work through a process that has been developed to help you gain:
• A clear understanding of how your thoughts, habits, and beliefs either help you or get in your way.
• Simple, powerful strategies to reframe limiting beliefs and overcome self-sabotage.
• An individualized plan to manifest your dreams—created by you just for you.
• The confidence to follow your inspiration, celebrate your progress, and be excited for the journey ahead.
Let me help you envision your next chapter in life.
